Goals of CMJT
The goal of our group is to provide insightful speakers, provide informational programming and alternate with networking sessions throughout the calendar. Please let us know if there are any subjects you would like to see covered or if you would like to speak to the group.
Network Sessions are more loosely structured meetings. We allow more time to do an indepth round of introductions and discussions are around a wide range of topics. Many times, the subject matter stems from a current issue that has come up within the communtity. On occasion, there are sessions where skills are put to the test.
The group is proud to have celebrated four years on February 8th, 2016. Thank you to all who have supported our mission. We hope to be able to support and guide many more members of the community in the future.
Lots of Great Speakers
August 9 Anne Groetsch: Managing Multiple Priorities
August 16 Mary Krippner, United Way: Benefits of Volunteering
August 23 Chris Bernard: Interviewing Skills
September 13 Georgia McCann, ATS: Pulse of the Market and Social Media
Sept 20 Shelly Dollar, PleasurelandRV: Backgound checks and employmnt gaps
We are looking for a few members of the community to offer their expertise and support this group by speaking at one of our lunchtime meetings or helping by facilitating a meeting. It is a fantastic way to engage with the local workforce. Please contact us if you are interested if participating.
The Job Transitions community is a gathering of people in the midst of change and personal growth. Unemployed, under-employed, & those seeking a different position are welcome to join this network of talented people seeking meaningful work through purpose and vocation.
Making Connections. Assessing Gifts.
Job Transitions enables people to find where they need to be.
Doing some long term planning?

Happy 5th Anniversary to the CMJT Community!
We wish to thank all of the volunteers and local business leaders who have led meetings, presented programs, labeled water, moved chairs, shoveled the walk, made a referral, hired a CMJT member, told someone about us or any other wonderful kindness shown to us. Special Thanks to the members of St. John's Episcopal Church for allowing us to meet there each week.
